I’d like to give massive compliments to the driver for handling a nasty situation on the bus with grace, integrity and respect to the public. While driving on Hutchinson Road, a passerby threw a rock through the window of the bus hitting a passenger in the jaw. The driver immediately checked on the passenger to make sure she was ok and deescalated the situation with traumatised passengers. After calming certain passengers down and helping the injured passenger clean broken glass of her, the driver assessed the situation to see if the perpetrator was still around. Thank you driver for making passengers feel safe and assuring the woman was ok before continuing your route. We need more responsible drivers like this in the public transport system.
