I was in Queenstown overnight on Wednesday and I rode buses all Wed afternoon and Thurs morning. It was useful for me to get an idea of where the routes go and to see some of the challenges that your drivers face on a daily basis. I think it will help me to realise the nature of complaints and I can be realistic when reading what customers are expecting versus what is reality. I found every one of the drivers to be polite and knowledgeable. I even asked one for directions as I passed an open bus door and she was really helpful. I wanted you to have this positive feedback, I saw the staff chatting at the Frankton hub and they seemed to get along well and the overall mood was really positive. Well done.
